V-Tac has created a new storage solution for residential PV systems that is placed on the wall. The AT48-200H measures 660 by 855 by 360 millimetres and weighs 89.9 kg. As the cathode material, lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) is utilised.

The LED lighting expert from the United Kingdom stated that the lithium-ion system has a storage capacity of 10 kWh and nominal voltage of 51.2 V. The ambient working temperature range is -20 to 70 degrees Celsius, with a suggested temperature range of 10 to 45 degrees Celsius.

“Tested and approved by European standards, the battery is compatible with systems of similar specifications regardless of brand, making it perfect for consumers upgrading their existing systems,” V-Tac said in a statement.

The battery comes with a five-year warranty and can withstand more than 5,000 cycles, according to V-Tac. It has only lately begun distributing goods for the solar business. The company’s new solar catalog features monocrystalline half-cell and TOPCon PV modules, inverters, and additional solar batteries.
