Shipments of JinkoSolar’s n-type TOPCon solar modules have reportedly exceeded 100 GW. It claimed to have accomplished this milestone in just 18 months from debuting the Tiger Neo module series in late 2022, selling to over 4,000 corporate clients over 148 countries and regions. It stated that by the end of this year, it anticipates the production efficiency of its n-type TOPCon cells to surpass 26.5%, having grown from 24.5% to 26.3%.
