Global solar leader JinkoSolar is gearing up to start mass production of its latest innovation — the Tiger Neo 3.0 — this June. Built on the third generation of TOPCon cell technology, this new module delivers a remarkable 650-670Wp power output and module efficiency ranging from 24.3% to 24.8%, positioning it among the most advanced solar panels available today.

What makes Tiger Neo 3.0 stand out? It’s powered by Jinko’s new TOPCon cells with an impressive 26.7% to 27% cell efficiency, which are also set to enter full-scale production in Q3 this year. These enhancements offer a significant performance upgrade over the previous Tiger Neo 2.0, delivering 20 to 30 watts more power per module — a leap that’s especially valuable for large-scale and premium solar installations.

According to JinkoSolar’s Vice President Dany Qian, “The Tiger Neo 3.0 series isn’t just an upgrade; it’s a leap forward. Its front-side efficiency and power levels rival even the most advanced XBC modules, while its bifaciality reaches 85% — up to 15% higher than XBC alternatives.”

Having already shipped over 180GW of Tiger Neo modules in the last two years, JinkoSolar’s Tiger Neo series continues to lead the global solar market. The 3.0 version is clearly built to maintain that momentum, offering smarter, cleaner energy to users seeking cutting-edge performance and long-term value.
