The power conversion efficiency of China’s Risen Energy’s heterojunction solar module series has increased from 23.65% to 23.89%. The findings have been verified by Germany’s TÜV SUD, which also highlighted that the modules have a maximum power rating of 741.456 W.

In December 2021, when its panel efficiency increased from 23.08% to 23.65% and its maximum power was 721.016 W, the panel maker last claimed an improvement with its module line.

It stated that technical advancements including ultra-thin wafers, zero busbar technology, the Hyper-link connectivity, and encapsulating material were to blame for the increase in efficiency. The module also has a high bifaciality of up to 85% 10% and an exceptionally stable temperature coefficient, keeping its power output over 90% even after 30 years of usage.

The panels use 100-micrometer, ultra-thin cell technology, according to the manufacturer. It said that the modules were made using low-temperature methods, but it didn’t say anything else about how they were made.
