A solar panel that used to cost between PKR 50,000 and PKR 60,000 is now available for PKR 20,000 to PKR 21,000, a decrease of more than 100%, according to a local merchant.
Chinese solar panels of various quality grades are already available on the market; the finest panels used to cost over PKR 50,000, but today they only cost PKR 21,000.
The cost of solar panels is now between PKR 50,000 and PKR 60,000 to power four fans and four lights during the day.
